Terms & Conditions PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- A non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Note: Payment of the deposit serves as a contract between you and Pineapple Dream Vacations, Inc. and signifies that you have read, understand and agree to adhere to all payment schedules, cancellation policies, and the terms and conditions of the vacation package.
- Deposit of $125 per person is due by 9/5/17.
- Prices are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
- Minimum monthly payment of $35 per person is due on the 5th of every month October 2017 through April 2018, final payment is due May 1, 2018.
- Travel Insurance is optional and highly recommended.
- Air, which can be added to your package at a later date for an additional deposit and included in your monthly payments

- Transportation to/from your home airport
- Baggage fees
- Personal expenses
Without the purchase of travel insurance, the cancellation policy is as follows:
- ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
- 5/1/18 Deposit + $150
- 5/31/18 50% of total fare
- 6/16/18 75% of total fare
- 7/1/18 100% of total fare
Without travel insurance, the change fee policy is as follows:
- Name changes $75
- Roommate change - $50 per change if allowed by the cruise line
- Stateroom Occupancy change - $50 per added or removed person, i.e., change from triple occupancy to double occupancy. Cabin will be repriced at current rate.
- Payments received more than 7 days after due date will incur a late fee of $15 per person, per occurrence
- At the Carnival's' discretion, late payments for the final payment may not be accepted or incur a reinstatement fee no less than $25 per person
