The Content on the Web Site is for personal use only. You may not copy, modify, upload, download, transmit (re)publish, or otherwise distribute any Content from the Web Site except as expressly permitted by these terms and conditions. Doing so will violate PDV's copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights.
All Content on the Web Site is protected by United States Copyright Law, Trademark Law and applicable international treaties and conventions governing intellectual property law. Any and all PDV trademarks and trade names which PDV uses in connection with the Web Site shall remain the exclusive property of PDV. Nothing contained in the terms and conditions shall be deemed to give you any rights in or to any trademarks of PDV. On the Web Site, PDV provides access to travel-related services provided by third parties that PDV does not control. PDV is not responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or negligent action on the part of such third party suppliers which results in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions. PDV does not guarantee any such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling or protection of personal belongings, unless the word "guaranteed" is specifically stated on your tickets, travel itinerary or invoice. Furthermore, PDV assumes no responsibility for overbooking, cancellation or delays for hotels, airlines or cruises. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
Travelers who use the Web Site, assume full responsibility for, and hereby release PDV from any duty of checking or verifying any passport, visa, vaccination or other entry requirements for chosen destinations. Travelers are also fully responsible for verifying all safety and security conditions for each destination. You agree that PDV is not responsible for any potential risks and hazards associated with travel to destinations listed on the Web Site. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, PDV assumes no responsibility for standards of hygiene, cuisine, sanitation, medical treatment or telecommunications services. Nor is PDV responsible for any political instability, terrorist activity, war, social or labor unrest, civil disturbances, arbitrary changes in government policies, local laws or customs, climatic conditions, methods of conducting business, military activity or emergency evacuation methods. By embarking on travel arranged through, or utilizing information contained on, the Web Site, you voluntarily assume the risks associated with such travel.
PDV shall not be responsible for any damage to or loss of luggage or personal items. PDV RECOMMENDS THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE. Travelers should consider obtaining travel insurance from a licensed insurer. All incidents of damaged, lost or stolen luggage should be reported in writing directly to your insurance company. Note that most airlines permit a maximum of two checked in bags and one carry-on piece. All excess luggage will be subject to additional charges by the airline.
Some of the Content that refers to transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants and other services is the property of, and is supplied by, independent suppliers are not be under our control. PDV does not verify, and does not guarantee, the accuracy of the information that we receive from third party vendors, including suppliers of transportation and accommodations. All information, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

PDV agrees to adhere to all applicable Unites States federal and state laws and industry practices relating to the collection and use of personal information from Web Site visitors.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. You and PDV agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes hereunder and venue in an appropriate state or federal court located in the state of Florida.

PDV may terminate user access or suspend any User's access to all or part of the Web Site without notice for any conduct that PDV, in its sole discretion, believes violates any applicable law or is harmful to PDV, a travel service supplier or a third party licensor.
This agreement represents the entire understanding between you and PDV. The traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, tour documents, invoice or bookings after issuance, shall constitute a consent to the above terms and conditions.

DISCLAIMERS
- Due the pandemic extra precautions may be taken and/or required when traveling to certain destinations. We will do our best to keep our clients updated on all travel requirements as it is related to COVID, however, we also ask that you stay abreast of your destination by visiting the Department of Travel for updates.
AGENCY CLIENT REMINDERS
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- There will be a fee for any name changes if allowed by the vendor.
- PDV highly recommends travel insurance.
- All cancellations must be in writing and either mailed to: 3447 W 137th STREET, #132, ROBBINS, IL 60472, Attn: CANCELLATIONS or emailed to [email protected]. You must then receive an acknowledgment of receipt by your travel consultant. Any refunds due can take up to 2 billing cycles, depending on your bank.
- Pineapple Dream Vacations, Inc. acts only as an agent for the companies it represents and accepts no responsibility for accidents, damage, baggage loss and/or delays due to strikes or to the fault or default of any company used to carry out the designated travel arrangements.
- Always arrive at the airport AT LEAST 1 ½ hours prior to departure for domestic flights.
- Always arrive at the airport AT LEAST 2 ½ hours prior to departure for international flights.
- Please ask your travel consultant if your destination requires a Visa.
- Although airport security rules change on a frequent basis, below is rule of thumb: Travel Alert!
- We always recommend checking the TSA Web site (www.tsa.gov) or Transport Canada Web site (www.tc.gc.ca) for the most up-to-date information about changing security procedures and prohibited items.
- Travel in North America:
- The TSA has adjusted its ban on liquids, aerosols, and gels, so you can now carry the following items on board your flight:
- Travel-size toiletries (3 ounces or less) that fit comfortably in one quart-size, clear plastic zip-top bag.
- Beverages and other items purchased in the secure boarding area.
- At the security checkpoint you will be asked to remove the zip-top bag of liquids and place it in a bin or on the conveyor belt, making it easier for TSA security officers to examine these items.
- Passengers carrying on larger amounts of prescription liquid medications, baby formula, and diabetic glucose treatments will also be required to declare these at the security checkpoint for additional screening.
- This security policy applies to all domestic and international flights departing from U.S. airports. If your plans include travel originating at a non-U.S. airport, be sure to check that airport's security policies and pack accordingly.
- Schedule changes may occur. Travelers should check online or call the airlines before heading to the airport.
- Travelers are advised to travel light.
- Travelers are advised to arrive at the airport 3 hours ahead of their departure time due to significant delays caused by security procedures.
- Effective April 16, 2018, Pineapple Dream Vacations will be implementing a late fee. You may be charged a late fee of $25 per person, per occurrence. At the vendors' discretion, late payments for the final payment may not be accepted or may incur a reinstatement fee no less than $75 per person, up to $250 per person for international travel.
- A one-time $20 processing fee may be charged for all credit card deposits; this fee is waived for all fundraisers and groups.
