TERMS & CONDITIONS

A non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Note: Payment of the deposit serves as a contract between you and Pineapple Dream Vacations, Inc. and signifies that you have read, understand and agree to adhere to all payment schedules, cancellation policies, and the terms and conditions of the vacation package.
Minimum deposit of $25 per person due by September 9, 2019 required to reserve cabin. Choice of one of 2 payment plans. Monthly payments of $75 per person on the 9th of the month through February 2020. Single occupancy deposit is higher (200%). Final payment is due March 31, 2020.
Prices are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
Travel protection is optional and highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Without travel insurance, the cancellation policy is as follows:

Deposit is non-refundable
3/01/2020 Deposit + $225
4/07/2020 50% of total fare
5/03/2020 75% of total fare
5/17/2020 100% of total fare

CHANGE FEE POLICY
Without travel insurance, the change fee policy is as follows:

Name changes $75
Roommate change - $50 per change if allowed by the cruise line
Stateroom Occupancy change - $50 per added or removed person, i.e., change from triple occupancy to double occupancy. Cabin will be repriced at current rate.

LATE-FEE POLICY

Payments received more than 7 days after due date will incur a late fee of $15 per person, per occurrence
At the Carnival's' discretion, late payments for the final payment may not be accepted or incur a reinstatement fee no less than $25 per person

If you have a VIFP number with Carnival and know it, include it in the comment section, if you don't know it, just note that you have a VIFP number.

Passport is NOT required for this vacation, but recommended. Without a passport you will need a government issued photo ID (driver's license or state ID) AND a birth certificate with the SAME name. If you're married with a different name, a copy of your marriage certificate is also required.
