The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires all airline passengers to provide the following Secure Flight Passenger Data (SFPD):
Name (as it appears on government-issued ID the passenger plans to use when traveling)
Names provided for a reservation for customers/passengers must be an exact match to the photo ID that will be used during travel. The customer/passenger is responsible for all fees and expenses that may be incurred due to an incorrect name or to the denial of travel due to an incorrect name and traveler information or for providing the incorrect travel dates. A name revision fee, minimum of $25 per person, will be assessed for any name corrections or revisions, in addition to any increase in fare and other fees assessed by airlines or other suppliers. Updated information regarding security measures and requirements for air travel are available at www.tsa.gov. It is highly recommended that the customer/passenger check this website for possible changes due to security measures and air travel for their scheduled destination(s). It is the sole customer’s/passenger’s responsibility to verify current entry requirements and obtain all necessary travel documentation based on the country of origin, destination and any countries in which a stop is scheduled. It is the sole responsibility of the customer/passenger to all required documentation available when necessary. These appropriate valid travel documents such as passports, visas, inoculation certificate and family legal documents are required for boarding and re-entry into the United States and other countries. Guests who do not possess the proper documentation may be prevented from boarding their flight or ship or from entering a country and may be subject to fines. No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to identify, obtain and bring all proper documentation. An entry VISA and passport may be required. It is the customer’s/passenger’s responsibility to verify that their passport is valid at the time of departure and remains valid for a minimum of six months beyond the return travel date. Passports must contain sufficient blank pages to attach any required visas for travel. Some countries may require that children under 18 years of age must travel with the consent of BOTH parents. Please verify the most current documentation and entry requirements with the country’s consulate, immigration office or at travel.state.gov. No refund will be issued for losses incurred as a result of failure to obtain or provide required valid documentation.
PROOF OF CITIZENTHIP / IDENTIFICATION It is your responsibility to obtain and provide the required proof of citizenship and/or the required government issued photo I.D. Depending on the travel destination, all U.S. citizens must have a valid U.S. passport or state issued birth certificate (original or certified copy) with a valid government issued I.D. (such as a driver's license). Your passport or government identification must match your name on the reservation, exactly, including the spelling. Passports are required for all flights leaving the U.S. All married women are required to have their Marriage License with them as part of their documents, when using a birth certificate. Passports are required for all cruises starting June 1, 2009. Passport requirement may not apply to U.S. citizens who have a "closed looped sailing" which is a sailing that departs and returns to the same U.S. port. Aliens who are permanent residents of the U.S. or any non-U.S. citizens should contact their respective embassies or U.S. Immigration directly for applicable regulations.
