TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A non-refundable deposit of $150 per person is due at booking, 200% deposit for single occupancy. Note: Payment of the deposit serves as a contract between you and Pineapple Dream Vacations, Inc. and signifies that you have read, understand and agree to adhere to all payment schedules, cancellation policies, and the terms and conditions of the vacation package.
• After September 15, 2024 deposit will increase to $250 per person ($500 for single occupancy)
• Prices are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
• Name must be EXACTLY as listed on your ID.
• Monthly payments of $85 per person are due on the 18th of the month
• Any reservation made after January 1, 2025 will not include air.
• Travel protection is optional and highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Deposit is non-refundable
  2/2/2025 25% of total fare
  3/3/2025 50%* of total fare
  4/2/2025 75%* of total fare
  4/17/2024 100% of total fare

CHANGE FEE POLICY

• Name changes (cruise) - i.e., name change due to marriage, no charge up to final payment; after final payment fee is at the discretion of the cruise line. No name change allowed with airline tickets
• Flight changes, minimum $250 fee plus any price difference at the discretion of the airline
• Name or date of birth correction (cruise) - $75
• Roommate change - $50 per change
• Cabin Occupancy change - $25 per added person, i.e., change from double occupancy to triple occupancy, plus whatever price increase for cabin change - based on availability. To remove a person, $25 per removed person, plus whatever price increase for the cabin change - based on availability.

LATE-FEE POLICY

• Payments received more than 7 days after due date will incur a late fee of $25 per person, per occurrence
• At the cruise line's discretion, late payments for the final payment may not be accepted or incur a reinstatement fee no less than $50 per person

REMINDER: To board the ship you will need either a passport with at least 6 months left before expiration OR a government-issued photo ID AND your birth certificate. If your name on your birth certificate is not the same as your government-issued ID, then you'll the supporting document as to why (marriage certificate - NOT divorce decree, just marriage certificate).

Passport is NOT mandatory for this vacation, but recommended.
