"$100 GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY" OFFICIAL RULES
1. The Pineapple Dream Vacations, Inc. (PDV) $100 Gift Card Giveaway begins on July 1, 2022 and ends on December 31, 2022.
2. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
3. HOW TO WIN: Beginning July 1, 2022 and continuing through December 31, 2022, clients of PDV who complete an online survey within 7 days of returning from their vacation will be entered into a random drawing to win a $100 gift card. Clients may request a printed version of the survey as well and it must be postmarked no later than 10 days after the return of your vacation. Completed hard copy surveys can be mailed to Pineapple Dream Vacations, Inc., 3447 West 137th Street, #132, Robbins, IL 60472, please write "$100 GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY" on the envelope. PDV assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected submission, or for any computer, Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or any other error or malfunction.
Receive additional entries by Liking the Pineapple Dream Vacations, Inc. Facebook page and/or by posting your vacation pictures to Pineapple Dream Vacations' Facebook page or emailing pictures from your vacation. You'll receive 2 entries for Liking us on Facebook and 1 entry for each picture up to 10 pictures.
4. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS: This contest is only open to PDV clients, 21 years of age or older. This contest is not open to any PDV employees, independent contractors, affiliates, subsidiaries, independent travel agents, or their immediate family members and those living in the same households.
5. PRIZE: There will be one prize of a $100 Gift Card issued by Pineapple Dream Vacations, Inc. Winner will be selected on or around January 15, 2020.
6. By participating, you agree to allow PDV to share your comments, whether a portion or in its entirety. Participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of PDV management, which are final and binding in all respects. Winner will be required to complete, sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and a Publicity Release (where legal) within five (5) days of notification. Appropriate identification required for prize as determined by PDV in its sole discretion. Failure to return documents in a timely manner, or if a prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, will result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternate Winner may be selected at PDV's sole discretion.
7. Any attempt to defraud PDV in any way will result in disqualification of participant, and such participant will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. PDV is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the $100 Gift Card Giveaway, and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction of or unauthorized access to the web site.
8. PDV reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the $100 Gift Card Giveaway at its sole discretion at any time without notice, including the substitution of prize of equivalent or greater value, which will become effective upon announcement.
9. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in participants' disqualification at the sole discretion of PDV.
10. PDV is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering, or the administration of the $100 Gift Card Giveaway or in the announcement of the prize.
