That [Excel Corner Aft] Suite the bride and groom had was off the chain! (A suite they shared with everybody in the group, everybody got to hang out on the balcony the whole cruise). We MUST have that balcony with the jacuzzi. The ship itself was nice too, plenty of places to eat FOR FREE, the activities, everything was nice. Thank you to Lina for planning everything from air, hotels and private transfers to arranging early priority boarding for everybody. And I was very proud to be a part of the wedding and so glad to have been invited on this cruise.

Our vacation was AWESOME! The resort you chose for us was everything! They had a very nice setup for Hank's birthday, they decorated the room, gave him a card, a bottle of champagne, a bottle of Mamajuana (the Unofficial National drink of Dominican Republic) and a beautiful picture on canvas. The beach was beautiful and very clean, the staff was wonderful, everything was PERFECT. We definitely have to do this again and take our whole group with us next time.

I had a GREAT time!! The events were good, I was really impressed with the hotel you selected for me, the Riu Palace Aruba. The food was great and they offered FREE room service. One day they had a seafood extravaganza, that included lobster. The lobby and every place within the resort was very clean. The only downside is that the beach parties were not nearby the hotel I stayed at. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the recommendation and great service.

I just wanted to thank you for everything. What could've turned out to be an awful vacation was immediately turned around because of the help of your agency manager, Lena. I have to say, you warned me. That condo we rented in Rio was nothing like they described, it was tiny, smelly, not on the beach, it was a block away and had a view of a hotel that was in front of the ocean, not ocean view. I was so disgusted and the guy we made our reservations through was not at all helpful when we called him, as a matter of fact he was quite rude. Here we were in a country we'd never been to before and stuck in hell hole of a condo, and I use the term "condo" very loosely. I'm so glad I called you from there and you were able to get us a hotel room on the beach in an ocean view room. Maria Cristina, the tour guide lady you had meet us was fabulous, a little hard to understand, but very pleasant. She took us to the hotel, helped us check in. The manager, Ricardo, came out and greeted us and said you'd spoken to him. He apologized for our first impression of his beautiful city and assured us that we would enjoy our stay and if we needed anything to ask for him directly. From the time Maria Cristina met us, our vacation did a complete 180. We kept her as our person tour guide. She took us to all the popular tour spots and a couple of great shopping areas. She even took us to a hole in the wall restaurant she said Lena loves that's on the alley-like back street behind the hotel. I don't know the name of it, but we got the "Special Lena Special" as Maria Cristina calls it, the half chicken with papa frites, ketchup and limonda sui, LOL, I'm sure I destroyed the spelling of all of that. It was good and cheap, we ate there twice. We also went to Marius, which was quite overwhelming - so much food and sooooo good! You are an awesome travel agent, to pull that off in a matter of an hour and a half, I applaud you. I wish I would have used your agency to book my entire trip and not just the air in the first place. By the way, that Brazil brochure you gave us was very helpful, now I want to go back and go to Salvador da Bahia and Iguassu Falls too. I will definitely use your agency to book that vacation. My first international trip was a success thanks to your knowledgeable agents. The champagne flight, the hotel and our private driver, all perfect. Ingrid and Majorie and all the staff at Hedonism III were fun and engaging with the guest. I love the all-inclusive, we really didn't have to leave the resort, there was something going on almost 24 hours a day. Your driver, Andrew, took us to Dunns River Falls, he offered to take us to Kingston the next day, but we wanted to stay at the hotel for Battle of the Sexes. We remembered how fun you said that was - and it was! I also called Ken your jeweler. He actually came to the hotel ( a no-no, but Ingrid let us do it anyway). I wound up buying a diamond bracelet and necklace set, he gave us a pretty good deal. We met some great party people there, one guy from Maryland was there on his 10th visit. As much fun as we had, I can see that. Overall, I give the entertainment an A+, the rooms an A, the food and drinks a B, that long horrible ride from the airport a D. All the money they get in tourism they can't fix those raggedy roads?? Raggedy roads and all, I would definitely go back.
