Plan to Go Agreement
In order to perform the professional services required to plan and arrange your travel, a deposit is required. The deposit is non-refundable, but 100% is credited toward the total cost of your vacation. If you decide to postpone the planning process, not to worry because the credit will be applied to your account and available for you to use on any future booking, with no restrictions or expiration dates to worry about.
Vacation planning is very time intensive and our work is based on decades of personal and professional expertise as well as supplier relationships years in the making. We research flights, hotels, cruises, tours, excursions, activities, entertainment, options for dining and transportation and entry requirements to create itineraries to meet your specific needs. We also do all of the follow up with various suppliers, check bookings for fare reductions and coordinate all schedule changes and resolve other hiccups that can happen before, during and after travel. Your final itinerary and documents will give you as smooth a vacation as possible.
Once Pineapple Dream Vacations has constructed your itinerary, you are free to shop around on the Internet, or wherever you like. If you find a lower price and we can book it, we can usually match the price without issue. However, if you choose to book your vacation with another agency or website, the Plan to Go Deposit will be retained by Pineapple Dream Vacations as payment for services rendered.
All vacations arranged through us offer complete peace of mind. Cost of Deposit
Our Plan To Go deposit is $50 regardless of itinerary. Exceptions apply for group bookings and destination weddings. This is a “provisional credit” toward the total cost of your vacation provided Pineapple Dream Vacations books it.

By paying the Plan To Go Deposit, I agree with the above terms and conditions and engage Pineapple Dream Vacations to research my vacation plans. I agree that if I decide not to continue with the vacation or book it with another agency, Pineapple Dream Vacations will be entitled to retain the Plan to Go Deposit as remuneration for efforts made on our behalf.
