  • A non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. Note: Payment of the deposit serves as a contract between you and Pineapple Dream Vacations, Inc. and signifies that you have read, understand and agree to adhere to all payment schedules, cancellation policies, and the terms and conditions of the vacation package.
  • Deposit is due at time of booking. The deposit schedule is as follows:
    • Thru December 14, 2018 deposit is $100 per person
    • ​December 15, 2018 thru January 14, 2019 deposit is $150 per person
    • January 15, 2019 thru March 14, 2019 deposit is $200 per person
    • March 15, 2019 thru October 1, 2019 deposit is $250 per person
    • ​After October 1, 2019, those not already booked must pay in full.
  • Prices are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
  • Minimum monthly payment of $50 per person is due on the 13th of every month through September 2019, final payment is due October 17, 2019.
  • Travel Protection is optional and highly recommended.
  • Included tour(s) subject to substitution at the discretion of Pineapple Dream Vacations, Inc. and its suppliers

Optional: Travel Protection must be purchased within 7 days of making deposit. This non-refundable plan allows you to cancel or change your vacation up until the flight check-in is closed (approximately one hour prior to scheduled departure time), except for passengers who do not arrive at the airport or gate, or who arrive too late to travel, or who fail to have the required valid passport and/or travel documents.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits and payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.
​Without the purchase of travel protection, your vacation is 100% non-refundable.

CHANGE FEE POLICY
Without travel insurance, the change fee policy is as follows:
  • Name changes - no charge for name changes FOR LAND PORTION until September 13, 2019, afterwhich there will be a $50 fee incurred if allowed by the resort. The airline may charge an additional change fee IF changes are allowed.
  • Name and/or date of birth correction - $15 fee, please insure your name and date of birth are exactly as listed on your passport.
  • Room Upgrade Fee - no fee to upgrade room category if an upgrade is available
  • Room Downgrade Change Fee, i.e., change from ocean front to garden view $50 per room
  • Roommate Switches - It is at the discretion of the hotel to allow roommates to switch from one room to another
LATE-FEE POLICY
  • Payments received more than 7 days after due date will incur a late fee of $15 per person, per occurrence
  • At the vendors' discretion, late payments for the final payment may not be accepted or incur a reinstatement fee no less than $25 per person, up to $200 for international vacation packages
*Children rates are good for children as 3rd or 4th person in room and there is a limit of up to 2 children per room. Child rate is for children ages 2 to 12.

    *If you have a middle name or initial on your passport, please enter it with your first name in the FIRST NAME box. If you are a Jr., III, etc. enter it with your last name in the LAST NAME.
