All travelers coming from the U.S. must travel with a passport, no exceptions. Your passport cannot expire after November 19, 2019; if it does you are required to renew it prior to travel.

Without travel insurance, the cancellation policy is as follows:

- OR Four equal payments on July 11, 2019, September 11, 2019, January 11, 2020, and March 1, 2020.

- Room Downgrade Change Fee, i.e., change from ocean front to oceanview $50 per room
- Room Upgrade Fee - no fee to upgrade room category
- Roommate change - $50 per change
- Room Occupancy change - $25 per added or removed person, i.e., change from triple occupancy to double occupancy
- Any changes made after final payment may incur a fee at the vendor's discretion.
- Payments received more than 7 days after due date will incur a late fee of $15 per person, per occurrence
- At the vendors' discretion, late payments for the final payment may not be accepted or may incur a reinstatement fee no less than $50 per person, up to $200 for international vacation packages
