TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A non-refundable deposit is due at booking. Special reduced deposits plus payments up to the first $150 are non-refundable. Note: Payment of the deposit serves as a contract between you and Pineapple Dream Vacations, Inc. and signifies that you have read, understand and agree to adhere to all payment schedules, cancellation policies, and the terms and conditions of the vacation package.
• Deposit schedule is as follows, excluding any special reduced deposit promotions: Minimum deposit of $125 per person through March 24, 2020.  From March 25, 2019 to August 24, 2020 deposit will be $200 per person, based on double occupancy.  After August 24, 2020 deposit will be $250 per person based on double occupancy. Single occupancy deposit is higher (200%). Minimum monthly payments of $50 per person on the 9th of the month through September 2020 are required for payment plan.  Final payment is due October 19, 2020.
• Prices are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
• Travel protection is optional and highly recommended.

CANCELLATION POLICY

CHANGE FEE POLICY

• Name changes (cruise) - i.e., name change due to marriage, no charge up to final payment; after final payment fee is at the discretion of the cruise line. No name change allowed with airline tickets
• Flight changes, minimum $200 fee plus any price difference at the discretion of the airline
• Name or date of birth correction (cruise) - $75
• Roommate change - $50 per change
• Cabin Occupancy change - $25 per added person, i.e., change from double occupancy to triple occupancy, plus whatever price increase for cabin change - based on availability. To remove a person, $25 per removed person, plus whatever price increase for the cabin change - based on availability.

LATE-FEE POLICY

• Payments received more than 7 days after due date will incur a late fee of $15 per person, per occurrence
• At the Carnival's' discretion, late payments for the final payment may not be accepted or incur a reinstatement fee no less than $25 per person

TRAVEL PROTECTION is not included, but highly recommended. The travel protection rates are as follows:

• Standard interior cabins $95 per person
• Standard balcony cabins $109-119 per person
• Specialty Havana cabins starting at $129 per person
• Suite cabins starting at $129 per person

If you’re not happy with any 3–14 day Carnival vacation you take to The Bahamas, the Caribbean, the Mexican Riviera, Bermuda, Canada/New England or Alaska, just let Guest Services know within 24 hours of your departure.

Carnival will refund 110% of your fare and their Guest Services will get you back to your home, free of charge. With no hassles and no questions asked.

If it's not working out. They'll work it out for you.
Vacation days are precious. If you decide spending them on a Carnival cruise isn't for you, you don’t have to. Their Guest Services team will make all the arrangements to get you off the ship as quickly as they can, and fly you to either your home airport if you flew in, or back to your point of embarkation if you drove to the ship.

Here's what they do. 
If you decide within 24 hours of the start of your cruise that it's not for you, simply notify Carnival's onboard Guest Services desk. They'll take it from there. And if you decide later that you want to give Carnival another try, they'll even give a $100 per stateroom onboard credit to any guest in your party who exercised the guarantee and, within a year, books another Carnival cruise.
